Returns & Exchanges

For US returns:

- All returning merchandise need to be in their original conditions.

- Final sale items are not refundable.

- Item needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

- Shipping charge from original order is not refundable.

We suggest that you include a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please check your shipping carrier for package delivery update.

For exchanges:

- Place your new order for correct item.

- Return the exchange item. Exchange items need to be in their original conditions. If they are shipped back damaged, no credit will be issued. Please, don't be a Karen. We are a small outfit and cannot take back used or damaged items. Thank you for not abusing the system.
