RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We try to keep it simple and easy for you.

- Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase with the condition that the item(s) have not been used, broken, stained or damaged. The item(s) need to return in saleable condition. Send us a quick email to give us a heads up. Please include the order number and list the issue. 

- We double check each item before we send the order out.

- You can choose between a store credit, an exchange or a refund (10% restock fee since we have to manage our inventory - trust us on this one, it's a full time job by itself). 

- Remember that we are a small outfit and have to stay within the perimeters set. Any purchase is made with the understanding of these set perimeters.

Our commitment is to our customers. We aim to excel in our customer service and to avoid any abuses of policy. In our retail experience, we have witnessed all kinds of scenarios.... some hilarious and others simply out of this world! They make some good Happy Hour stories!

ORDERS:

- We currently ship the USA, Hawaii, US territories and Canada. If you are from outside of these regions, we appreciate your patience as we learn the intricacies of international shipping.

- Orders are usually shipped promptly unless the item(s) are being backordered. If this is the case, you will get a notification from us. Your order will be shipped with a tracking number.

- Specials cannot be combined with special coupons. Unfortunately, we can't give the hut away! But we always send plenty of Aloha!
